1 Services Covered

These terms apply to:

• Serotonin Studio membership
• Artist Blueprint coaching program
• Digital products (sample packs, templates, courses)

All content is provided for educational purposes only.

2 Membership & Program Access

• Membership access remains active while your subscription is active
• Content and resources may be updated or added over time
• Artist Blueprint includes personalised coaching, but results vary based on effort and consistency

We do not guarantee outcomes such as releases, DJ support, or career progression.

3 Refund Policy

• Serotonin Studio membership: 30-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase
• Artist Blueprint program: 14-day money-back guarantee from your first payment. Any sessions already delivered within that period are deducted from the refund. In addition, if you complete the full program (every call, check-in, task and goal) and don't get the results you were after, you can request a full refund in writing within 30 days of your program ending, with your dashboard showing the work was done
• Digital products: Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded

4 Payments & Cancellation

• Prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise
• Memberships are billed on a recurring basis
• You may cancel your membership at any time to stop future billing

Refunds are only available within the stated guarantee period.

5 Use of Content

All content provided through Serotonin Studio is the intellectual property of Brendan James. You may not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute content
• Use content for commercial purposes without permission

Access may be revoked if these terms are violated.

Serotonin Studio provides education and guidance, not guarantees. We are not responsible for:

• Individual results
• Career outcomes
• Financial or professional decisions made using the content
